SUMMARY:Tech Update: Enabling Ammonia Bunkering
DESCRIPTION:Tech Update: Enabling Ammonia Bunkering\n\n\n\nNorway is entering a pivotal phase in the development of clean maritime fuels. Through Enova’s dedicated support scheme\, the country is now preparing to transition from individual pilot projects to an initial network of operational ammonia bunkering sites. The first funded projects were announced in December 2025. \n\n\n\nAt the same time\, international activity is accelerating. ITOCHU has placed an order for what is anticipated to become the world’s first purpose-built ammonia bunkering vessel\, scheduled for delivery in 2027 and to be flagged in Singapore. This signals a clear shift from concept to global deployment. \n\n\n\nThis seminar will bring together leading voices from industry\, regulation\, and safety to strengthen shared understanding of the infrastructure\, operational frameworks\, and risk management needed to enable safe and commercially viable ammonia bunkering. \n\n\n\nParticipants who wish to arrange one-to-one meetings with ITOCHU\, or who are interested in discussing potential projects and funding opportunities with Maritime CleanTech’s EU and funding specialists\, are invited to contact us. Meetings may be scheduled before or after the main programme. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAgenda: \n\n\n\nWelcome / Øystein Huglen\, Maritime CleanTech \n\n\n\nFrom Regulation to Reality: Where are we nowNils Haktor Bua\, Norwegian Maritime Authority \n\n\n\nBuilding the First Generation of Ammonia Bunkering Vessels: Lessons from Development and FinancingShinnosuke Nagata\, ITOCHU / Clean Ammonia Bunkering Shipping (CABS) \n\n\n\nShip-to-Ship Ammonia Bunkering in Practice: Operational Insights from the Magpie ProjectMartin Eriksen\, Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping \n\n\n\nCoffee break \n\n\n\nOne Solution\, Two Environments – Versatile Ammonia Cracking for Onboard and Port Operation Tomas Crespo / Eduardo Biales\, H2Site \n\n\n\nSafety First: Class Development\, Risk Management and Best Practice for Ammonia OperationsHans Jørgen Johnsrud\, DNV \n\n\n\nFrom Ambition to Action: Ammonia Shipping SolutionsRagnhild Høvik\, Grieg Edge \n\n\n\nCoffee break \n\n\n\nPowering Viking Energy: Design Solutions for Ammonia OperationReinert Nordtveit\, Breeze Ship Design \n\n\n\nBuilding the Backbone: Developing Ammonia Bunkering Terminals Along the Norwegian CoastAndre Moe Bakke\, Azane Fuel Solutions

DESCRIPTION:Staten handlar for over 740 milliardar kroner i året.
DESCRIPTION:Maritime CleanTech\, NHO Sjøfart og Vestlandsrådet inviterer til debatt om framtida for ferjene og hurtigbåtane i Arendal.\n\n\n\nDen grøne omstillinga av ferjene og hurtigbåtane skulle vere ei norsk suksesshistorie\, men no ser me fleire snuoperasjonar.
