On the journey to net-zero, they have ordered several of the industry-changing Aurora Class vessels: The world’s biggest and most environmentally friendly Pure Car Truck Carriers ever built. The PCTCs will be the first in the segment to receive DNVs ammonia and methanol-ready notations. To ensure zero-emission operations even while in port, the vessels will be ready to receive electric shore power.
