In this seminar, we will explore the potential of Hydrogenious’ proprietary liquid organic hydrogen carrier technology (LOHC). In short, LOHC can be used for hydrogen storage and transport. Hydrogenious LOHC does not only develop easy-to-handle stationary solutions, but now onboard solutions for clean shipping propulsion. Utilizing benzyl toluene as the carrier material – a thermal oil with low hazard potential, this first of a kind LOHC application ensures fast and familiar fueling with low-cost storage and distribution. It allows for use of conventional bunkering facilities at ambient conditions, all while holding the highest standards of safety.
