Norway is hosting the international conference Our Ocean in October. As preparation for this high level event, NCE Maritime CleanTech encourage all cluster participants to register voluntary commitments for actions towards a clean, healthy and productive ocean.
Our Ocean 2019 is being held in a historical moment when the level of threat facing the ocean and the need for action are being spotlighted like never before. The conference bring together leaders from governments, businesses, civil society and research institutions to share their experience, identify solutions and commit to action for a clean, healthy and productive ocean. Our Ocean 2019 will be opened by prime minister Erna Solberg.
MAKE A COMMITMENT
At the core of the Our Ocean conference are voluntary commitments for significant and meaningful actions towards a clean, healthy and productive ocean. We encourage all cluster companies to announce their actions to the best of our ocean. New commitments for this year’s conference can be registered here, and should be measurable and have a clear timeframe.
