This year the TrAM project partners are launching the fully electric catamaran Medstraum – a groundbreaking zero emission fast ferry.

The vessel will operate a commuter route in Stavanger, Norway, and can carry 150 passengers. Medstraum is realized through the groundbreaking TrAM EU project and includes new developments in hull shapes, propulsion systems as well as studies of advanced manufacturing methods.
