China now has gradually re-opened for international business travels after three years of strict pandemic control measures. Market visits to China are not only possible, but also indispensable to companies with business ties in China.
Hong Kong is identified as important city to visit in relation to low / zero emission ferries. Hong Kong can also constitute an important reference into the rest of GBA and projects for smaller low / zero emission vessels for the coastal and inland waterways.
The market visit is scheduled from 12th to 16th of June. The concept design and the execution of the program have gained full support of the Norwegian Embassy and Norwegian Consulate General in Guangzhou, the Norwegian Business Association, and some key maritime clusters in Norway. Innovation Norway China office is the key organizer and the coordinator or the market visit.

The main topics are: Things to know: Brief about the market visit program. Things to consider: Specific issues concerning technology exchange, ie. IPR. Things to do: Experience sharing on marketing, pitching preparation, translating PPT etc.
