The Nor-Shipping Offshore Wind Conference

7th June 2023 at 12:0017:00

Event Navigation

An update and deeper understanding of the future of marine operations in offshore wind.

Global offshore wind is booming, with expected growth rates at well above 20% per year over the next decade. To enable building at that rate of speed, marine construction and maritime suppliers in general will have to up their stakes in vessels and operations. How are the major players acting to meet the demand and what are the trends and expectations of the industry?

Nor-Shipping is happy to introduce the 1st Nor-Shipping Offshore Wind conference in partnership with key industry experts. Offshore wind developers, OEMs and the maritime industry will meet to offer their views on how to fulfill ambitious project pipeline and construction targets. We will dive into both installation and O&M and ask major industrial panel participants; How do we meet vessel requirements, both technologically and in a timely fashion? To highlight the innovation involved, we will look both at new technologies and solutions, digitalization and not least sustainability in operations.

The Offshore Wind Conference is orgainised by Norwegian Energy Partners in cooperation with Nor-Shipping 2023, GCE Ocean Technology and Maritime CleanTech.
